Children's Day Nurseries

Our Commercial Architects who worked closely with our client, Nunthorpe Nurseries Group, we have been involved a number of New build schemes & conversions of redundant buildings into registered Children's Day Nurseries in the Middlesbrough area.

Food Productions Facilities

We have recently worked as part of a Design/Build Team to extend SK Foods production facilities on 2 sites in the Middlesbrough area. The extreme demands of the major supermarkets clients dictate designs with seamless internal surfaces to floors and ceilings; complete isolation of production, cooking and packaging operations within the building, during and after construction, making straight forward construction works super complex, in order to maintain food production around the clock.

Convenience Stores

AJ Riley Architects has worked closely with 2 local developers and our commercial architects designed 1st phase shell units for long term lease to major supermarket end-users on sites in Seaton Carew, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough. Exacting corporate requirements demand close liaison with the end users designers throughout the design and construction process.

Light Industrial Units

We have designed a number of speculative small industrial estates in the Middlesbrough area for a range of private developers, with individual unit sizes ranging from 500ft² – 5000ft².
